A clearer starting point.

What is Fernshore?

Fernshore provides personalised relocation information and reports, bringing together country and city research with the priorities in your brief.

What do Essential and Premium cost?

Prices show in your own currency, based on where you are. In the United States, Essential is $39 and Premium is $99, and in Canada CA$55 and CA$139, with tax added at checkout. In Australia and New Zealand, prices include GST. In most other places, prices are in US dollars (Essential $39), with any tax added at checkout. Explore the report pages to compare the scope of each option.

Can I see a report before choosing?

Yes. The sample report uses an illustrative brief to show the structure, depth and reading experience. It is separate from a report prepared around your own circumstances.

How does my brief shape the research?

Your work, budget, household preferences and lifestyle priorities frame the questions to explore. You can review your brief before you order.

Who is Fernshore for?

Fernshore’s research starts from your passport. For now that means United States, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand passports, whether you live at home or abroad. Where you live only matters because Fernshore isn’t open everywhere yet: it is open in most countries, including the UK and Ireland, apart from the rest of the European Economic Area, Switzerland and a few other places. We’ll add more passports as the research is ready.

Which work situations do reports cover?

Personal tax figures currently cover employees and sole traders. They do not yet cover company owners.

How should I read sources and assumptions?

Look at the source information, assumptions and unanswered questions alongside the conclusions. These help you understand what the report is based on and what still needs checking.
