About these terms
These terms apply when you use Fernshore at fernshore.com. That includes the website, the web app, the free interview, the free tools and any reports you buy.
Fernshore is run by Atlas Development Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Our business address is 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210 (Office 7891), Orlando, FL 32819, United States. You can contact us at support@fernshore.com.
By creating an account or buying a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Fernshore.
What Fernshore is
Fernshore helps people choose where to live abroad. You can take a free interview and use free tools. You can then buy country research reports written by AI, which we deliver in the app. Every claim in a report shows its source and the date it was checked.
Reports are information, not advice
Reports are research and general information. They are not legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. We are not acting as your lawyer, migration agent, tax adviser or financial adviser.
Rules on visas, tax and residency change, sometimes without notice. Before you act on anything in a report, check it with the official source or a qualified adviser.
We only show personal tax comparisons where the rules and your inputs support them. Where we do not know something, we say so. Unknown is not zero, so please do not treat a missing figure as zero.
Who can use Fernshore
You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy a report.
Fernshore is built for individuals planning their own move, such as employees and sole traders.
Fernshore is for citizens of the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If you hold more than one passport, one from these countries is enough. If you hold none of them, the interview tells you so before you sign up, and you cannot buy a report.
You can use Fernshore from most countries. It is not available yet from the European Union and the European Economic Area (apart from Ireland), Switzerland, China, or places under sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus and the occupied regions of Ukraine). The United Kingdom, the Crown Dependencies (Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man), Gibraltar and Ireland opened on 29 October 2026.
We work out where you are from your network connection, not from anything you tell us. Where Fernshore is not available, you will see a page saying so, and you cannot create an account, take the interview or buy a report. If you already have an account, you can still sign in to export or delete your data.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. There is no password. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep your email account secure.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the sign-in form to check for bots.
You can delete your account and your data at any time from your profile. Our Privacy Policy explains what this removes and what we keep.
Buying reports
We sell two paid products:
- Essential report
- Premium report
The price is shown to you before you pay. Both are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
We show prices in your local currency, based on where you are when you visit. We set fixed prices in US dollars (the United States and most other places), Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, New Zealand dollars, pounds sterling and euros. Prices in pounds sterling and euros include any VAT, prices in Australian and New Zealand dollars include GST, and for US and Canadian dollars, tax is added at checkout.
Payments are processed through Stripe. The seller of record is Link, Stripe’s checkout service, which handles payment, tax, invoicing and receipts for your purchase. Link’s own terms also apply. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* Fernshore.
Delivery
Reports are delivered in the app, in your account, and we email you when yours is ready. Most reports are ready within a few minutes. If a report is not delivered within 1 hour of purchase, you can ask for a full refund.
Using your reports
You may use your reports for your own planning, and you may share them with a partner, family member or adviser who is helping you decide.
Please do not resell, republish or share reports publicly.
Refunds and corrections
If you think a report contains a factual error, or you want to ask for a refund, see our Refunds and Corrections page.
Fair use
When you use Fernshore, please do not:
- try to break, overload or get around our security or bot checks
- scrape or copy Fernshore content with automated tools
- enter someone else’s personal details without their permission
- use Fernshore for anything unlawful
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We will email you first and explain why, and you can reply to ask us to look again. We may act without notice in cases of abuse or a security risk.
Our content
Fernshore, its design, tools and reports belong to us or our licensors. Sources cited in reports belong to their owners.
Our responsibility to you
We work to keep reports accurate and dated, but we cannot promise that every claim is complete or still current when you read it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a report, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may change Fernshore or these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new date. For material changes, we will email account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections that the consumer laws of your home country give you.
