Fernshore is run by Atlas Development Global LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”). This disclaimer applies to everything on Fernshore: our country research reports, our free tools (the moving budget planner and the working-hours tool), our country pages and our articles.
All of it is there to help you decide where you might want to live abroad.
General research only
What we publish is general research. It is not legal, immigration, tax or financial advice. It does not take your personal situation into account, and it should not be the only thing you rely on when making a decision.
Rules change, so check before you act
Immigration, tax and residency rules change, sometimes without notice. Every claim on Fernshore shows its source and the date we last checked it.
Before you act on anything you read here, check it with the official source or a qualified adviser. That could be a government website, an immigration lawyer, or a tax professional in the country concerned.
How AI writes our reports
Our reports are written by AI, and AI can make mistakes. It can misread a source, leave something out or state something with more confidence than it deserves.
A person does not review each report before it reaches you. We check sources automatically, mark anything we could not confirm, and fix errors you report to us.
Figures are estimates
The numbers in our free tools and reports are estimates. Exchange rates and costs are indicative only, and your real costs may be different.
When we do not know a figure, we show it as unknown. We never show an unknown figure as zero.
Personal tax comparisons appear only where the rules and the inputs you provide are enough to support them. Where they are not, we do not show a comparison.
Third-party sources
We link to third-party sources, such as government websites and published data. Those sites are run by other people. We are not responsible for what they say, or for whether they stay available or up to date.
