Why it is here

Why Rosario is on the list.

A city is listed when there is evidence that people move there. This is the evidence.

  • Rosario is the most populous department of Santa Fe province: 1,348,725 of the province's 3,544,908 residents (38 per cent) at the 2022 census. A secondary reference calls Rosario the third most populous city in Argentina, after Buenos Aires and Córdoba. [N1] [B1]

We found no evidence of any of these, so we cannot say. For the nomad stay, DNM says people outside Buenos Aires apply in person at the delegation or office for their jurisdiction; rentista and pensionado applications start online in RaDEX. Ask DNM which office would serve you.
